I followed odbv idea posted above by creating a installer that will install the odbc driver first and then continue install register odbc. What I have done so far.
What I would recommend for you is to register odbc a bootstrapper installation package. Since odbc drivers are free I register odbc it in the installer and install it if the system don’t have odbc driver for sqlite.
But don’t do that
I’m afraid on tweaking with register odbc. You can use the odbcconf command to register the driver dll directly.
